We’re pleased to introduce Architect Elizabeth (Liz) Kivel and Technical Lead Armen Avedoumian as the newest additions at AltusWorks.

Liz brings more than a decade of experience guiding projects from concept through completion, with a thoughtful approach that balances design, functionality, and real-world constraints. A Chicago native, she is passionate about creating spaces that benefit the people who use them and contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve.

Armen joins AltusWorks with over 20 years of experience in architecture and urban design and a strong focus on building envelope systems and performance. A Certified Building Envelope Commissioning Agent and graduate of Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction, Armen brings a rigorous, systems-based approach to delivering thoughtful, client-focused solutions across a wide range of project types.
