Carolyn has been an integral part of AltusWorks since 2013, currently serving as Principal & Director of Operations. She plays an important role in managing projects, streamlining office operations, and shaping our company culture. Her commitment to creating sustainable, accessible, and thoughtful spaces is evident in everything she’s worked on, from affordable housing to cultural venue renovations.

Beyond her design expertise, Carolyn is a passionate leader who fosters collaboration and prioritizes team well-being. She’s a founding board member of the Illinois Chapter of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) and serves as the chapter’s Secretary.
