AltusWorks is excited to announce the expansion of our executive leadership team – please join us in welcoming Terry Sullivan as Principal! Over the last year Terry has become an integral team member and now joins Ellen Stoner, Kylie Fitzgerald, and Carolyn Isaacson in shaping AltusWorks’ future.

Terry’s distinguished career showcases an impressive portfolio of award-winning projects that span diverse sectors, including transportation, education, hospitality, and commercial sectors. His deep love for Chicago architecture is evident in his contributions to dozens of iconic bridges and transit stations across the city. Terry’s passions extend to multiple volunteer positions, including architectural boat tour docenting and as a board member for the Chicago Bridgehouse Museum. This blend of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and commitment to how people experience public architecture has earned him the continued trust and admiration of his clients to deliver future iconic projects across Chicago.
